2 cups of milk
2 tbsp canned pumpkin
2 tbsp brown sugar (can half)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
In a saucepan combine milk, pumpkin and sugar. Cook on medium heat until steaming. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and spice. Transfer to blender and process until foamy. Pour in coffee on top. Pour into cup and top with whipped cream (optional) sprinkled with cinnamon.
